Support your local dealer. I make it a point to tell new players to MAKE SHURE YOU TIP AFTER YOU DRAG A POT. Most dealers keep there tips and some pool them. Either way just tip when you win a pot or when your session is over. Keep in mind that if you tip at the end of your session all prior dealers  DONT receive a thing . The best thing to do is throw the guy/gal a buck after you win......................This is for cash games.
